Focus: value-table editing, signal data types, DBC file fidelity, and translation reliability.

Manage shared VAL_TABLE_ catalogs and assign them to signals from the Editor.
Set signals to Integer, Float32, or Float64 using Vector SIG_VALTYPE_ without changing their bit length or signedness.
Preserve source encoding and line endings when saving DBC files for better Vector CANdb++ compatibility.
Translate DBC text between German and English with improved identifier and relationship handling.
Persist edited DBC attributes and remove stale related records when messages, signals, or nodes are deleted.
Keep View, Edit, Compare, and Log Analyzer state when switching tabs.

Windows uses the packaged NSIS installer; Linux uses the package for the target distribution.
Translation models are installed separately from Translate > Models and are not bundled with the installer.
Review translated or edited DBC files in Compare before saving.
