Billing policy

Refunds and license access.

DBC Utility Pro is sold as a $29 one-time permanent license. This page explains when refunds are considered and how refunded licenses are revoked.

What is the refund window?

Refund requests must be raised within 30 days of the successful payment date.

When is a refund considered?

Refunds may be considered when DBC Utility cannot be activated, the license was purchased twice by mistake, or the tool does not fit the intended CAN DBC workflow after reasonable evaluation.

Are there cancellations or renewals?

No. DBC Utility Pro is a one-time purchase with no subscription, automatic renewal, trial, or scheduled recurring charge.

How do I request billing help?

Email [email protected] with the purchase email, operating system, DBC Utility version, and a short description of the issue.

What happens after an approved refund?

Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the payment method and bank, and the related DBC Utility license may be revoked or deactivated.

What happens to the license after a refund?

A refunded purchase can revoke or disable the related license entitlement. After revocation, future activation, validation, and protected downloads may be blocked.
